Here’s for the last day of summer

portraits

This wednesday was the last day of summer and the wedding season is now behind us. Which reminds me there was some more to it than just storm warnings. Don’t get me wrong though, I’m still 60/50 of a winter person myself. But there was a bit less sun this year than we’re used to.
So – to keep warm in the chilly days and nights to come – here’s a reminder of what it was like in one evening in july. It’s a gorgeous part of Tallinn, near Glehn Castle, where we shot a few portraits with T. & A.

How we went camping by the seaside
A few pics from our camping trip to the north coast. Tipping toes in the water eventually resulted in a wave soaking Bosse head over heels and a quick run to the tent for a towel. Images by me and my lovely assistant.

We're eagerly awaiting our little daughter. Sigrid thought that this belly had to be documented for the history books. So outside we went to take some portraits. That hedge of cinnamon roses seemed to suit the purpose well.

The 3-sister family
Last year's last portrait shoot felt kind of Christmasy - a crackling fireplace, the cosy home and an Alaskan Malamute. As they said themselves, they don't get together too often, but when they do, it's a mixture of laughter and chatter. So it appears.
