Maria & Martin – Tartu Wedding

weddings

It starts in my toes, make me crinkle my nose
Wherever it goes I always know
That you make me smile, please, stay for a while now
Just take your time wherever you go

This is Colbie, singing “Bubbly”.
These guys just made the world smile around them. Every second of their wedding – right up to their getaway on a tandem bike, straight off to the honeymoon. Wild and in love. No more words.

The b-roll from Bankeryd
This is how we approached the day of Pia & Joakim at VidaBlick, Bankeryd. Plus... a bit of a cartoonish slideshow for them to look at while they are waiting for the album ;) Ella and the doggies. The bride's mother being the soul of the evening at the barbeque the night before. Sigrid checking out the cargo parachute to see if we could incorporate it into an interesting shot (which never happened on the wedding day with a first rank storm warning). And the best man insisting to take a portrait of me and not taking no as an answer while handing me the glass. The stuff that makes you remember it.

Rob & Irja’s wedding in rain and sunshine
Robert & Irja's wedding on Aug 9 was in many ways special for us. First, it was on Sigrid's (my lovely assistant) birthday. Second - it was the first time for her as a second shooter on a full-day wedding. She's been of great help on many of my shoots, but not to that extent. And she did quite a job if I say so myself - the bride's getting ready shots for example. Third - it was a lovely wedding, period. What I mean by that is I had the goosebumps (the same as during the actual day) when editing the pics from the reception and speeches, especially Robert's heartwraming speech in Estonian (he is from UK). He had to check the notes and ...

Sille & Arvo – wedding at Viljandi Fort Ruins & Vanaõue

We did a few portraits before the ceremony and he was sure we had been there for 20 minutes while we were 5 minutes in. But it turned into a happy kind of excitement with every minute we got closer to the ceremony and all seemed to go well after all. This was one of the weddings you remember by the small emotional moments happening throughout the day. The ...
