Italian kitchen design gets tested

I was requested to shoot images of ArcLinea branded kitchens for the Estonian interior & lifestyle magazine Eramu. ArcLinea is a high-end Italian kitchen brand.
The plan was to make interior shots of kitchens already installed in homes and later have an Italian meal prepared by an Italian cook in the example kitchen at the resellers’. This is how it turned out.

Taking memories vs taking pictures
Oftentimes I find myself flipping through a select bunch of photo-related RSS feeds. Yesterday (can't remember how exactly... ah, there it is, it was something like 9 wedding photographers shooting on film), I stumble upon Samm Blake's website and see her minimalist and poetic personal work, mostly from travels. We’re a crazy bunch – soon to be extended!
We are thrilled to announce that Sigrid will soon bear the honourable title “The Best Aunt in This Galaxy”. She sure feels proud just like these two love birds Silver and Asti. Cute like peas in a pod, huh? Their little miracle will be a wonderful extension to our crazy bunch. And we can only just imagine the avalanche of baby pics there will be. So, can’t wait till you emerge, little one!

The b-roll from Bankeryd
This is how we approached the day of Pia & Joakim at VidaBlick, Bankeryd. Plus... a bit of a cartoonish slideshow for them to look at while they are waiting for the album ;) Ella and the doggies. The bride's mother being the soul of the evening at the barbeque the night before. Sigrid checking out the cargo parachute to see if we could incorporate it into an interesting shot (which never happened on the wedding day with a first rank storm warning). And the best man insisting to take a portrait of me and not taking no as an answer while handing me the glass. The stuff that makes you remember it.
